U2J Capacitors

Date Added: Thursday, July 21, 2016

U2J is an extremely stable dielectric material for Class I multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs). Ceramic capacitors using the U2J dielectric retain over 99% of nominal capacitance at full rated voltage.

Understanding Ceramic’s Capacitance Over Temperature Performance

Date Added: Tuesday, March 22, 2016

Understanding the change in capacitance over temperature for ceramic capacitors is important in many applications. With this post, how temperature affects ceramic capacitor dielectrics such as C0G, X7R, and U2J.

Audio Equipment

Date Added: Wednesday, April 6, 2016

High-quality audio equipment needs high-end components. Film and C0G capacitors are standard in audio designs. They offer excellent DC block and no piezoelectric noise (or microphonics.)

Wide Bandgap Ceramic Capacitor Update – APEC 2017

Date Added: Monday, April 3, 2017

Abhijit Gurav presented the latest data we’ve collected on our BME Ceramic DC Link capacitor platform. These C0G ceramic capacitors are designed for high frequency and high-temperature DC Link applications. This update was presented at APEC 2017 in Tampa, FL.
